Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Swip Deals account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do this.

1.In the app (fastest)

• Open the Swip Deals app.
• Go to Profile (bottom-right tab).
• Tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

2.By email

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the phone number or email on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your request and action it within the period required by law.

3.What is deleted

When you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data linked to it — including your hashed phone number, email (if provided), interests, saved and claimed offers, searches, reviews, and notification token. We may retain limited records where the law requires it, and aggregated or anonymised data that cannot identify you may be kept.
